Sainte Anne Marine National Park sits just off Victoria and was the first protected marine park in the Indian Ocean. Anse Source d'Argent, framed by sculpted granite boulders and shallow turquoise water, is among the most photographed beaches on the planet, and the old L'Union Estate around it still presses coconut oil and vanilla the traditional way. A day here is as much about the slower rhythm as the scenery.
