This Customer Agreement sets out the terms on which you make and manage bookings with SeyBooking.com. It works together with our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy and Cancellation and Refund Policy. By making a booking, you confirm that you have read and accept these terms.
Please read this first. SeyBooking.com is a booking agent. We arrange tours, accommodation, car hire, transfers, cruises and wedding services that are owned and operated by independent local providers. Your contract for each service is with that provider, on their terms, and we act as an intermediary to arrange it for you.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract. If you book for other people, you confirm you are authorised to act for them and that you accept these terms on their behalf.
Before booking, it is your responsibility to read the full details of your chosen service, including pricing and its notes, the itinerary, what is included and excluded, the cancellation and refund terms and any special notes. By booking, you confirm you have read and understood them. Once you have booked, please keep your contact details up to date so we can reach you.
Payment is made by bank transfer to the account we provide. Your booking is confirmed once cleared funds are received and your e-booking is issued. Any bank charges on your transfer are your responsibility. We do not accept card payments on our website, so no card details are entered or stored. Where a deposit applies, for example for weddings, the deposit terms in our Cancellation and Refund Policy apply.
Changes, cancellations and refunds are governed by our Cancellation and Refund Policy and by any special conditions on the service page. Refunds, where due, are made by bank transfer to the account the payment came from. Because we take payment by bank transfer rather than card, card chargebacks do not apply. If you believe a payment or refund is wrong, contact us at [email protected] and we will resolve it with you directly.
We are the controller of the personal data you give us and we handle it in line with our Privacy Policy and Privacy & Cookies page, which form part of this agreement. We will not sell your data, and we share it only as needed to arrange your booking.
We strongly recommend that you hold travel insurance covering medical care, cancellation, curtailment and baggage. We do not sell travel arrangements ourselves; the services we book are operated by independent providers, and insurance protects you against events that neither we nor a provider can control.

You are responsible for obtaining the travel documents and meeting the entry requirements for your trip, including passports and visas. Requirements depend on your nationality. We cannot obtain documents for you and are not responsible for costs, delays or itinerary changes caused by missing or invalid documents. You must comply with the laws of the Seychelles and of any country you visit.
If you have a medical condition, are pregnant, or have accessibility needs, please tell us when booking by adding a note, so we can check whether a service can accommodate you and reconfirm any special arrangement. Neither we nor our providers can offer medical or urgent care, and some services may not be suitable. You travel at your own risk, and we recommend medical and travel insurance.
SeyBooking.com acts as a booking agent for independent providers. Your contract for each service is with the provider, on their terms. We arrange your booking with reasonable care and skill, but we are not liable for the acts, omissions or standard of service of a provider, or for events beyond our reasonable control. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and where we are found liable, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the booking in question. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
This agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Seychelles, and the courts of the Seychelles have exclusive jurisdiction. If any provision is found invalid, the rest remains in effect. This agreement, with the policies it refers to, is the entire agreement between you and us about your bookings.
