Terms of Service

The terms that govern your use of our website and the bookings you make through us.

SeyBooking.com™ · Last updated July 2026

These Terms of Service govern your use of the SeyBooking.com website and the bookings you make through us. Please read them carefully. By using our website or making a booking, you agree to these terms.

Please read this first. SeyBooking.com is a booking agent. We arrange tours, accommodation, car hire, transfers, cruises and wedding services that are owned and operated by independent local providers. Your contract for each service is with that provider, on their terms, and we act as an intermediary to arrange it for you.

SeyBooking (trading as SeyBooking.com™) is an independent company registered in the Republic of Seychelles under the Registration of Business Names Act 1972 (B.R.N B8429462, T.I.N 522236103) and licensed by the Seychelles Investment Board as a booking agent (Licensee number 108486, Licence number 312378). Our registered office is at Eden Islands, Mahé Island, Seychelles, and our postal address is P.O. Box 3002, Anse Royal, Mahé Island, Seychelles. In these terms “SeyBooking.com”, “we”, “us” and “our” mean this company. “You” means the customer using our website or making a booking.

1. Our role as a booking agent

SeyBooking.com is an independent booking agent based in the Seychelles. We arrange travel services, including tours and activities, accommodation, car hire, transfers, cruises and wedding services, that are owned and operated by independent third-party providers. When you make a booking, your contract for the service itself is with the provider that delivers it, and that provider’s own terms and conditions apply in addition to these terms. We are responsible for arranging your booking with reasonable care and skill. We are not the provider of the underlying service, and we do not control how a provider performs it.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract to make a booking. If you book on behalf of others, you confirm that you are authorised to do so and that you accept these terms for everyone in your party.

3. How a booking is made

  • When you submit a booking request, you will receive a receipt of reservation by email. This confirms we have your request. It does not by itself guarantee availability or confirm the booking.
  • We will confirm your booking, or tell you if it cannot be confirmed, normally within one to three business days after payment.
  • Once confirmed, we will send you an e-booking or voucher with your booking details and the provider’s contact information. Please check it carefully and tell us at once if anything is wrong.
  • Present your e-booking, with valid photo identification, to the provider on the day of the service. We recommend you reconfirm the time and pick-up details with the provider before your arrival.

You are responsible for giving us accurate booking and contact details and for keeping them up to date.

4. Prices, currency and payment

Prices are shown in the currency you choose and may vary with availability and season. All prices are subject to confirmation until your booking is confirmed. Unless stated otherwise, prices do not include personal expenses, tips, or anything described as excluded on the service page.

Payment is made by bank transfer to the account we provide. Your booking is confirmed once we have received cleared funds and issued your e-booking. Any bank charges relating to your transfer are your responsibility. Where a deposit applies, for example for wedding packages, the deposit terms in our Cancellation and Refund Policy apply.

5. Changes, cancellations and refunds

Requests to change or cancel a booking are governed by our Cancellation and Refund Policy and by any special conditions shown on the service page, which you should read before booking. A provider may also change or cancel a service for reasons of safety, weather, minimum numbers or events beyond their control, and in that case we will help you obtain a refund or a suitable alternative in line with that policy.

6. Your responsibilities

  • Read the full details of each service before booking, including what is and is not included, any special notes, and the provider’s conditions.
  • Obtain and carry all travel documents required for your trip. You are responsible for your own passport, visa, entry and health requirements. We cannot obtain these for you and are not liable for losses caused by missing or invalid documents.
  • Arrive on time for your booked services. No refund is due for services missed because you did not appear.
  • Comply with the laws of the Seychelles and of any country you visit, and with the reasonable instructions of providers.
  • Tell us at the time of booking about any medical condition, pregnancy, disability or special requirement, so we can check whether a service can accommodate it. We and our providers are not able to offer medical or urgent care.

7. Travel insurance

We strongly recommend that every customer holds travel insurance covering medical care, cancellation, curtailment and baggage. Given cancellation charges and the unexpected events that can affect any trip, insurance protects you where we and our providers cannot.

8. Reviews and content you submit

After using a service you may be invited to leave a review. You are responsible for what you submit, it must be honest and lawful, and by submitting it you grant us permission to display and use it to help other travelers, including on our websites, apps and partner sites. We may decline or remove content that is unlawful, misleading or inappropriate.

9. Intellectual property

The content of our website, including text, images, logos and design, belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by law. You may use the website for your own personal, non-commercial booking purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, resell or exploit any part of it without our written permission.

10. Acceptable use

You agree not to use our website or services for any unlawful or unauthorised purpose, not to introduce viruses or harmful code, not to attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, and not to disrupt the website or the experience of other users. We may suspend or terminate access for any breach of these terms.

11. Third-party links and partners

Our website may contain links to third-party websites and may display offers from travel partners, some of which are affiliate arrangements from which we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. We provide these for your convenience. We do not control third-party websites and are not responsible for their content, products or privacy practices.

12. Accuracy of information

We take reasonable care to keep the information on our website accurate and current, but travel details and prices change often, and the website may contain errors or omissions. Information is provided for general guidance and should not be relied on as the sole basis for a decision. Any reliance is at your own risk, and we may correct or update information at any time.

13. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

We provide our booking service with reasonable care and skill. Because we act as an agent, we are not liable for the acts, omissions, negligence, delays or standard of service of any independent provider, or for events outside our reasonable control. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, including lost enjoyment, wasted expenditure or a spoiled trip. Nothing in these terms excludes any liability that cannot be excluded by law. Where we are found liable, our total liability to you is limited to the total amount you paid to us for the booking in question.

14. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SeyBooking.com and its owner, officers, employees and representatives from claims, losses and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your breach of these terms, your misuse of our services, or your failure to comply with the law of the Seychelles or of a country you visit.

15. Force majeure

We are not liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, severe weather, cyclones, floods, epidemics or pandemics, government action or border closures, strikes, civil unrest, war, terrorism, or failure of utilities or communications.

16. Complaints

If something goes wrong, please tell us as soon as possible at [email protected] so we can try to put it right. If your concern is about a service delivered by a provider, raising it with the provider at the time often resolves it fastest, and we will assist where we can.

17. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms, and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them or your booking, are governed by the laws of the Republic of Seychelles. You agree that the courts of the Seychelles have exclusive jurisdiction.

18. General

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the rest remains in full effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. Nothing in these terms creates a partnership or agency relationship between you and us beyond the booking-agent role described here. These terms, together with the policies they refer to, are the entire agreement between you and us about your use of our website and services. We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page, and your continued use means you accept the changes.
