✓ Verified listing · Official Seychelles Tourism registerSailfish Beach Villas is a small, family-run self-catering property on a hillside above Anse à la Mouche, on the south-west coast of Mahé, an intimate place of a couple of spacious villas. It holds 4.7 stars from more than one hundred and sixty reviews. A breathtaking terrace view, big comfortable villas and genuinely helpful hosts are what guests come back to.
Each villa is roomy and well equipped, with two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, a large living room and a big terrace looking out over the bay, where guests watch the island's birds and fruit bats in the trees. It is self-catering, so it is worth bringing your own toiletries and detergent, and the beach is a ten to fifteen minute walk down the hill, but the space and the view are the reasons to stay. There are good restaurants close by along the coast road.
The hosts are the heart of the reviews. Debbie and Hubert, the owners, are described as warm, responsive and genuinely helpful, full of good recommendations and small kindnesses, even fetching bus tickets from the shop. It is that personal care, and the view from the terrace, that guests remember and bring them back.
Anse à la Mouche is a wide, sheltered bay on the south-west coast of Mahé, known for its calm, shallow water that is safe and easy for swimming, and for some of the island's best sunsets. It is a quiet, scenic part of the coast, with good local restaurants nearby and the craft studios and beaches of the south-west a short drive away. The airport and Victoria are around twenty to twenty-five minutes away. For a spacious self-catering villa with a memorable view on Mahé, Sailfish Beach Villas is one we are glad to recommend.

The place was amazing! The view from the terrace was absolutely breathtaking. The villa was spacious, with two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, and a huge living room that opened onto a large terrace overlooking beautiful scenery. Sitting there, we could watch friendly wildlife — a bat resting on the banana tree a

We landed in Seychelles and made Sailfish Beach Villas our first stop—and from the moment we walked in, we couldn’t stop smiling. We loved it. The property sits on gentle hills along West Coast Road in a calm, quiet neighborhood. There are good restaurants nearby; we tried Kapatya and liked it. Debbie was wonderfully

A really nice location, the couple who own this were very nice and did everything to make it comfortable to enjoy the vacation. She even went to the shop to buy the bus tickets for us. Please get your own toiletries and detergent to do your own washing. About 10-15 mins walk to the beach but it’s feels like a lifetime

We were welcomed by Debbie and Hubert who were very nice people and gave us some info about what to do on the island. The view from the terrace (which was the main reason for booking for us) is really great. For 2 persons the villa even was a little too big, i guess for 4 people it is a great choice also considering th

Anse à la Mouche is a wide, gently curving bay on the south-west coast of Mahé, one of the calmest on the island thanks to its shallow, sheltered water, which makes it safe and easy for swimming and popular with families. The West Coast Road runs behind it, lined with a scattering of good local restaurants, an art gallery or two and small shops, and the bay is known for its glorious west-facing sunsets. Some of Mahé's loveliest beaches, Anse Soleil, Petite Anse and Anse Intendance among them, are a short drive south, and the craft studios of the south-west are close by. The airport and Victoria are around twenty to twenty-five minutes away over the hills. Mahé is the main island, and a hire car makes the most of this quieter coast.
