The headline is the view. From the terrace you look out over the ocean, down onto the famous Anse Lazio beach and across to the island of Curieuse beyond, a panorama guests call breathtaking, especially at sunset. Reviewers reach for the same phrase again and again, an absolute gem, and several name it the highlight of their whole trip.
The apartments match the setting. They are small and intimate but elegant and thoughtfully designed, modern, spacious and spotlessly clean, with large rooms and bathrooms that guests single out for a double shower and even twin sinks. Everything is described as pristine on arrival, and you take your meals either on your own porch or at a scenic overhang, always with that same extraordinary view laid out in front of you.
The food is a genuine part of the experience. The owner cooks outstanding dishes, each crafted with real care, and dinner is both delicious and generous, remembered as huge, tasty portions at a fair price of around forty-five euros for two. Between the hosting, described as amazing, and the quality of the kitchen, several guests say the meals alone would tempt them back.
Two honest notes matter for planning. The on-site meals are available only on Saturdays and Sundays, and there are no restaurants nearby, so on other days you either cook for yourself in the equipped kitchen or drive fifteen minutes or more to eat out. A hire car is therefore essential, though private parking is provided on site. Set the drive and the weekend-only kitchen against the elegant design, the spotless rooms and one of the most spectacular views on Praslin, and guests are emphatic, more than one says they would not trade it for anywhere else in the Seychelles, and the 4.8 rating reflects exactly that.

Cherimont is the hillside above Anse Lazio on the north-west of Praslin, and staying here is all about elevation and outlook, a lofty perch with sweeping views over the bay, the beach and the island of Curieuse offshore. Anse Lazio itself, regularly ranked among the most beautiful beaches in the world, lies below, and the equally celebrated Anse Georgette on the Constance Lémuria estate is close by, both reachable with short walks or a quick drive. This is a quiet, green and hilly corner with no restaurants on the doorstep, so a hire car is essential for getting down to the beaches and out to eat, and the reward is privacy, birdsong and some of the finest sunsets on the island. The Vallée de Mai palm forest is a short drive inland.
