A bus stop and a small grocery store sit right in front of the property, and the town of Anse Royale, with its shops and restaurants, is about a fifteen minute walk away, so you are well placed even without a car, though most guests still recommend one for exploring the island.
One honest note, made plainly by guests, is that the closest beach is not the island's finest, which is exactly why Lucy is quick to send you to better ones nearby. Lucy and her team are super caring and the villas have all you need to enjoy your stay on the Seychelles/ Mahé. Bus stop and small grocery store are in front of the property and Anse Royale where you can find a few shops and restaurants is a 15 min walk. Very recommendable place to stay!

Anse Royale spreads along the south-east coast of Mahé, a long beach with an offshore reef that shelters part of the bay, backed by a real working town with shops, a market, a university campus and some good local eating. It is a lived-in, everyday part of the island rather than a resort strip, which many visitors prefer. The airport is around twenty minutes north and Victoria a little beyond that. Buses run along the coast road frequently, and a hire car opens up the beaches and viewpoints of the south.
