Stunning ocean and sunset views, spotless well-equipped apartments and hosts who go out of their way are what fill the reviews.
The apartments face straight out to the Indian Ocean, with balconies that catch the sunset and interiors described again and again as very clean and fully kitted for self-catering, right down to the crockery, with good wifi and parking. The upper floors are singled out for the view, and a newer pool has been a welcome surprise for recent guests. It sits handy for shops, takeaways and the beautiful beach at Anse Georgette, so it works well as an independent base.

The owners and manager, Karen among them, are described as kind, helpful and genuinely warm, grilling a fresh fish for guests or sharing a coconut, the sort of gesture that turns up repeatedly in the reviews. Anse Kerlans is a quiet corner of the north-west coast of Praslin, near Anse Georgette, one of the island's most beautiful beaches, a sweep of soft white sand and clear water set below the Constance Lemuria estate and reachable with a little effort. This is a calmer, more scenic side of the island, away from the busier beaches, yet the shops and restaurants of Grand Anse and the long bay of Côte d'Or are a short drive away. Amazing view of the Indian Ocean. Just in front of the Ocean. Clear view of the sunset . Very neat and clean apartment. All the necessary utensils require for cooking available. All the Crockery and cutlery are very clean. The host is very helpful and well behaved. Good WiFi connection. Car parking space available

We had a wonderful 4 night stay there on the 3rd floor. The balcony view is stunning and everything in the property was cleaned very well. Everyone from the staff was super helpful and friendly. Anse Kerlans is a quiet corner of the north-west tip of Praslin, close to Anse Georgette, widely rated one of the most beautiful beaches in Seychelles, a curve of soft white sand and clear turquoise water tucked below the Constance Lemuria estate. This is a calmer, scenic side of the island, away from the busier southern beaches, with big ocean views and glorious sunsets. The developed stretch of Grand Anse, with its shops, supermarkets and airstrip, and the long bay of Côte d'Or are each a short drive away, and the Vallée de Mai, the UNESCO palm forest of the coco de mer, is a short drive inland. Praslin is the second-largest island, reached from Mahé by a short flight or the fast ferry.
