✓ Verified listing · Official Seychelles Tourism registerPalm Beach Hotel is a small, family-run hotel right on the beach at Grand Anse, on the south coast of Praslin, known for its warm service and its food. It is an intimate place of around thirteen rooms rather than a resort, and it holds 4.4 stars from more than three hundred reviews. A beachfront position with gorgeous views and a genuinely personal welcome are what guests come back to, some booking again and again.
The rooms are well kept and comfortable, with balconies and lovely views over the bay, and the hotel opens straight onto the sand. The kitchen is a real strength, with a good breakfast and tasty lunches and dinners that one well-travelled guest rates among the best on the island. It is a simple, friendly base for a beach holiday on Praslin, with prompt room service and a helpful team happy to arrange a hire car.
The service is the heart of the reviews. Guests describe attentive, kind and professional staff throughout, quick to fulfil special requests and to look after people. That personal care, on a beautiful beach, is what brings guests back a second and third time.
Grand Anse is on the south coast of Praslin, a long, open beach backed by hills, quieter than the resort strip of Côte d'Or, with the bay out front home to rays that make for good snorkelling, so it is worth shuffling your feet in the shallows. The sea here can pick up a swell, and Anse Georgette and Anse Kerlans are a short drive away. Praslin is reached by a quick flight or the fast ferry from Mahé. For a small, welcoming beachfront hotel with a fine kitchen on a long Praslin beach, Palm Beach is one we are glad to recommend.

We had absolutely amazing 5 night stay. Staff is amazing, polite and professional. Breakfast is good, maybe not fantastic but everybody will find something to eat. Restaurant serves very tasty lunches and dinners, (chicken noodles and parrot fish was our favourite). Overall amazing stay in nice rooms with amazing staff

Palm Beach on Praslin truly stands out when it comes to services and food. The service is fantastic, with friendly staff and clean rooms. I’ve booked the place three times already and plan to return ,and for the food I’ve explored most of the restaurants on the island, and it’s definitely among the top three.. I highly

Staff were very attentive and kind. Unfortunately no WiFi can be used on the third floor - it doesn't reach - food was beautiful. Bay out front is home to various species of stingray - make sure to shuffle along the sand- Overall a very nice stay with gorgeous beach views and brilliant balconies.

Grand Anse stretches along the south coast of Praslin, a long, open beach of pale sand backed by green hills and the island's main road, the more local and everyday side of the island rather than a resort strip. It is lovely for a long walk and a sunset, and the shallow bay is home to rays and reef fish, good for snorkelling if you shuffle your feet along the sand. The sea on this exposed coast can pick up a swell, so swimming is easier at some tides than others. The village has shops, restaurants and the ferry jetty at Baie Sainte Anne a short drive away, while Anse Georgette and Anse Kerlans, two of the island's loveliest beaches, are on the west side. Praslin is reached by a quick flight or the fast ferry from Mahé, and a hire car makes the most of it.
