We just got married in the Hilton Northolme, which was a bit of a challenge as sadly, the Seychelles just recorded it's first unfortunate passing due to COVID-19. The staff has been so very accommodating, Sakina in particular as well as her kind colleagues at the reception, to quickly sort out the signing of the papers. They really went above and beyond to make sure that we had the best stay ever. It is a great place in a gorgeous setting, but it is the generosity, kindness and hospitality of the staff that truly makes this a top notch hotel. All around, the staff from the waiters to the housekeepers and everyone we came into contact with, have been nothing but wonderful and so very very kind. The Hilton and SeyBooking.com definitely provides that personal touch and goes the extra mile to ensure a wonderful time here. Thank you so much to all, we are forever grateful and will return home with some very dear memories, which the staff helped to make happen!

5.0 "Wish we could stay forever."

We have just left and I wish I could have lived here forever! Rooms were a great size with great indoor and outdoor living spaces...bathroom was more impressive than the photos! The staff were friendly, very helpful and completely managed all things COVID in advance of your flight right from the hotel. The gardens were also beautiful! West coast location was great for accessing the whole Island and the hotel was close to a number of great bars and restaurants!

5.0 "Best Hilton ever have been."

During over 35 years of travelling I had never such a positive experience as I recently had at Hilton Northolme. Management (Amanda - food and beverage service manager) or Karthik (guest relations manager) do a tremendous job to keep guest satisfied and helpe fulfilling every wish. They practice a fantastic team work with the employees and the result is an excellent service at breakfast, dinner, house keeping or other services. Employees like Lata, Michelle, Elisa (just the names I remember - representative for all the others) are most thoughtful and kind. Food is great and even after 20 days staying in this resort not monotonous. The villas are very spacious (we had a ocean front villa) and give you an spectacular sunset. Swimming in the ocean is pleasant, you can see still a lot of fish or turtle close by, snorkeling is a must - diving a nice option because of 4 different diving schools nearby the next village: Beau Vallon Sea kayaks from Hilton can be hired to explore the cost line. There is plenty to do and hiring a car is recommendable to enjoy the whole island. All in all: excellent

Exceptional service in a beautiful hotel. Cannot thank the staff enough for making our trip absolutely perfect. The food was great and our villa with a pool was stunning. The hotel staff all went out of their way to make us happy. A visit to the spa is a must, the spa rooms have a beautiful ocean view. Special thank you to Katya the front office manager who went above and beyond. Will definitely be staying at the Hilton again on our next visit!
