Welcome to Our Cancellation and Refund Policy
Your booking does not automatically guarantee a reservation. Your booking will be confirmed via email within one to two business days. The cancellation fee policy will take effect once you submit your reservation. If your booking cannot be confirmed for any reason, we will fully refund your purchase without any additional charges. We recommend each customer read and review the cancellation policy and consider purchasing a Travel Insurance policy.
What CAN be Refunded:
- Some listings may require a minimum number of travelers to operate. The affected traveler will be fully refunded or may choose a similar listing product as a substitute. Should this occur, it would be under very rare circumstances.
• Please note that the product substitute chosen by the traveler may be more expensive than the original product and therefore may be subject to an additional cost. - Any additional refunds based on extenuating circumstances will depend on the individual listing operator.
What CANNOT be Refunded:
- All hotel and tour schedules are arranged ahead of time. Any person failing to appear on the day of booking or tour departure will not be refunded.
• No refund will be given for any portions of the booking unused by the traveler after booking departure regardless of circumstances.
• Hotel extensions and Instant Confirmation products (admission tickets, city passes, etc.) cannot be exchanged or refunded once confirmed.
Our Cancellation Policy
The Cancellation Policies listed below apply to all reservations unless the listing booked has specific rates or fees listed under “Special Notes.” Please carefully review the “Special Notes” of your listing/product prior to booking. Please know that SeyBooking.com™ will always adhere to individual tour/hotel/activity etc policies when applicable.

- Free CancellationPlease note that cancellation fees are calculated based on the date we receive your signed Cancellation Request Form and travel service start date.
• If a tour is scheduled to depart within the next 6 days, we will not change a traveler’s departure date and will not offer a refund.
• All cancellations must be made directly with SeyBooking.com™, not with listing providers.
• In most cases, reservations paid by credit card, wire transfer, cash deposit, or money order/traveler’s check/cashier’s check will be refunded via Card Refund, PayPal or check. For refunds processed by wire transfer, any associated wire transfer fee will be deducted from the overall refund amount.
Single Day Tours/Activities*: Cancel at least 7 Days in advance of the start date of the experience for a full refund.
• Admission tickets/passes or skip-the-line tickets excluded. Please check special notes as some tours are non-refundable.
How to Cancel a Reservation
We will process your cancellation/refund request within one to seven business days. We will NOT acknowledge any verbal / over-the-phone request or voice mail. Verbally speaking with our customer service representatives without filling out a request form will not guarantee that your cancellation has been processed or acknowledged. We will NOT accept email cancellations unless they have a complete, signed, and attached Cancellation Form.

Amendment Fees:
Any changes made to a reservation after successfully submitting the order online and 7 days before the booking date for single day and 24 days before the booking for multi day bookings will be subject to a minimum $10.00 Amendment Fee (per change). Reservations will be confirmed within one to two business days. The following constitute as an amendment to a booking:
• Changing departure date
• Changing pick up time or location
• Changing tour
• Changing guest name
• Changing itinerary
• Removing / Replacing a guest
• Adding / Replacing a guest
• The $10.00 amendment fee is a minimum change fee. If you request multiple changes and/or request the adjustments at the last minute, additional fees may apply (in addition to the $10.00 amendment fee). Paying the $10.00 amendment fee does not guarantee a change can or will be made.
• To cancel a passenger from a reservation with promotions such as “Buy 2, Get 1 Discounted” or “Buy 2, Get 2 Discounted” within seven days of the departure date, please refer to the “Pricing” tab of the product page for penalty fees. If the cancellation is beyond seven days of departure date, the $10.00 fee will be applied per person.

SeyBooking.com – Wedding Package Terms and Conditions of Service

IMPORTANT NOTICE TO CLIENT: Please read this document carefully and thoroughly. As stipulated on your invoice, payment of any deposit constitutes your explicit agreement to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. It is the strict responsibility of the Client to review these terms prior to remitting any funds or making any external travel arrangements.
1. Booking, Financial Commitments, and Final Payments

1.1 Contract Initiation: A binding contract is formed the moment SeyBooking.com (hereinafter “the Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) receives your initial deposit.

1.2 Non-Refundable Consultation Fee: The initial deposit includes a fixed €100.00 Consultation and Administrative Fee. This specific portion of the deposit compensates the Company for initial consultations, administrative labor, and date securing. This €100.00 fee is strictly non-refundable under any and all circumstances, without exception.

1.3 Final Balance: The remaining balance of the total package price must be settled in full no later than the day of the wedding ceremony. Failure to complete payment will result in the immediate suspension or cancellation of all services.
2. Cancellation and Refund Policy
All cancellation requests must be submitted to the Company in writing. Refunds are calculated strictly based on the deposit amount paid (excluding the €100 fee), according to the following timeline:

14 days or more before the event date: 100% refund of the deposit (minus the €100 non-refundable fee).

6 to 13 days before the event date: 50% refund of the deposit (minus the €100 non-refundable fee).

5 days or less before the event date: 0% refund. The deposit is entirely forfeited.
Note: Any funds paid on or after the day of the wedding are fully non-refundable.
3. Legal Documentation, Eligibility, and Travel Bookings
The Republic of Seychelles enforces stringent statutory requirements for civil marriages. The Client acknowledges the following protocols:

3.1 Client Responsibility for Documents: The Client is fully and solely responsible for procuring, verifying, translating (where legally required), and submitting all necessary legal documentation (including but not limited to passports, birth certificates, and divorce/death decrees) within the exact timeframes requested by the Company.

3.2 Travel Booking Warning & Formal Confirmation: The Company strongly advises against booking any flights, accommodations, or travel arrangements until your legal documents have been officially vetted. You should only finalize travel plans after you receive a Formal Confirmation Letter from us stating that your documents have been reviewed and deemed valid by the Seychelles Civil Status Office. * 3.3 Hasty Decisions and Pre-Emptive Bookings: The Company accepts zero liability for any financial losses, non-refundable travel expenses, or emotional distress resulting from decisions made in haste, prior to receiving our Formal Confirmation Letter, or without explicit written verification from our office. If you choose to book travel or make commitments before receiving this clearance, you do so entirely at your own financial and personal risk.

3.4 Denial of Marriage by Authorities: SeyBooking.com acts exclusively as a planning and administrative facilitator. We do not issue marriage licenses and have no authority over local government decisions. If your marriage application is delayed, rejected, or cancelled by the Seychelles Civil Status Office due to missing, invalid, or late documentation, the Company assumes absolutely no liability, and no refunds will be issued.
4. Comprehensive Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers
This section severely limits our legal liability. Please read carefully.

4.1 Information Accuracy and “Best Effort” Disclaimer: While we strive to provide accurate, up-to-date guidance regarding wedding planning, legal requirements, and local logistics, we are human and mistakes or miscommunications can occur. We accept no liability for any actions taken, or expenses incurred, by the Client based on information provided by our staff, website, or marketing materials. The Client is fully responsible for verifying all legal, travel, and logistical requirements. We operate on a “best effort” basis and expressly disclaim any warranties, express or implied, regarding the absolute accuracy of our informational guidance.

4.2 Exclusion of Consequential Damages: Under no circumstances shall SeyBooking.com, its owners, employees, contractors, or affiliates be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. This includes, but is not limited to: lost wages, ruined vacations, emotional distress, loss of enjoyment, or secondary travel expenses resulting from a delayed, altered, or cancelled wedding.

4.3 Third-Party Failures: The Company utilizes independent local vendors (e.g., photographers, florists, transport services, makeup artists). We accept no liability whatsoever for the negligence, failure to perform, delays, or substandard service of these third-party contractors.

4.4 Maximum Liability Cap: In the highly unlikely event that a court of competent jurisdiction finds SeyBooking.com liable for any direct damages, our total cumulative liability to the Client shall never exceed the total amount of money actually paid by the Client to the Company for the specific services in dispute.
5. Assumption of Risk and Client Indemnification

5.1 Assumption of Risk: Destination weddings inherently involve risks outside of anyone’s control, including tropical weather systems, transportation strikes, local infrastructure failures (e.g., power outages), and international travel disruptions. The Client acknowledges these inherent risks and voluntarily assumes full responsibility for any impact they may have on the event.

5.2 Indemnification: The Client agrees to fully indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SeyBooking.com and its representatives from any and all claims, demands, lawsuits, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) brought forth by the Client or any of the Client’s guests, arising from injury, property damage, or failure to comply with local Seychelles laws during the course of the trip and event.
6. Force Majeure
SeyBooking.com is completely absolved of any liability or obligation to perform under this Agreement if we are prevented from doing so by circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Such Force Majeure events include, but are not limited to: Acts of God (cyclones, tsunamis, earthquakes, severe weather), global or local pandemics, government-mandated lockdowns or border closures, acts of terrorism, war, civil unrest, or catastrophic failure of telecommunications/utilities. In the event of cancellation due to Force Majeure, the €100.00 Consultation Fee remains strictly non-refundable.
7. Severability
If any provision or clause of these Terms and Conditions is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that specific provision shall be severed from the contract. The remaining provisions of this Agreement shall remain in full force and effect.
8. Governing Law and Exclusive Jurisdiction
This Agreement, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it, shall be governed entirely by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Seychelles. The Client expressly agrees that any legal action, lawsuit, or dispute resolution proceedings must be filed and conducted exclusively within the jurisdiction of the Seychelles courts.
